I just watched a commercial that said: We're most like ourselves when we are among those with whom we are unfamiliar....it concluded with, explore the possibilities.
This is just a brief reminder to take the limits off yourself and off God. Don't be afraid to explore the opportunities, people and experiences around you. Priscilla Shrier said something recently at Redemption 2009 that changed my outlook: "Sometimes the biggest hindrance to the next move of God is the last move of God." I'll take it a step further, sometimes the biggest hindrance to your bright future is your past success; sometimes the biggest hindrance to your new relationships are your old ones; sometimes the biggest hindrance to your motivation to move forward is your comfort with where you are.
Savor the moment, seize the day, explore the opportunities..........Trust God that the shifts are blessings and pathways to the next great era in this change process we call life.
